1. No Returns for Change of Mind:

3. Notification Period:

4. Proof of Damage/Defect:
When initiating a return for a damaged, broken, or not working item, you may be required to provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect. This helps us to quickly assess the issue and process your return.
5. Return Process:
Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging, to prevent further damage during transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
6. Refund Policy:
Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned item, if it is confirmed to be damaged, broken, or not working as per our policy, a full refund will be processed.
The refund will include the full purchase price of the product and any shipping charges you incurred for the original delivery.
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
7. Non-Returnable Items:
